About taking risks
Trading with Buyсoin Sp z o.o (Buyсoin) and use of our Services is at your own risk. The risk of loss when trading or owning crypto assets can be significant. Cryptocurrency price volatility is out of Buyсoin’s control. Any profit or loss resulting from fluctuations in the value of the relevant cryptocurrency will be entirely at your expense and risk. Buyсoin is not responsible for any losses incurred by you as a result of your own decisions to buy or sell in relation to crypto assets of any type.
Users acknowledge the following risks associated with the User’s use of the Company’s Website and Services:
- The risk of loss when trading digital assets, e-money, virtual or digital currencies or tokens such as bitcoin or other digital assets can be significant and losses can occur within a short period.
- The price and liquidity of the Digital Assets have been subject to significant fluctuations in the past and may be subject to significant volatility in the future.
- Digital assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies are not legal tender, are not backed by any government, and accounts and fund balances are not covered or protected by any insurance or investor protection scheme.
- Legislative and regulatory changes or actions at the national, regional or international level may adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange and value of Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies.
- Transactions with Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies may be irreversible and, accordingly, Losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions are not refundable.
- Certain transactions with Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies are considered completed on the date the transaction is recorded in the public ledger, even if it is different from the date or time that Users initiate the transactions.
- The value of Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies depends on the constant willingness of market participants to exchange Fiat Currency for Digital Assets or other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies, which may lead to possible permanent and complete losses in the value of certain Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies in the event of the disappearance of the market for these Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies.
- There is no guarantee that a person who accepts Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currency as payment today will continue to do so in the future.
- The origin of Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies may lead to an increased risk of fraud, cyber-hacks or attacks, and may also mean that technological difficulties faced by the Company may prevent the access or use of Users Digital Assets and other electronic money, virtual or digital currencies.
- Any User Company Account and Wallet held on your behalf may not be sufficient to cover all losses suffered by Users.
Buyсoin website and by entering into these Terms of Use, the User fully understands and has been aware of the inherent and potential risks associated with investing in any products or services provided by Buyсoin, including, but not limited to, the risk of total loss of funds and investments of the User or delay in payment or realization of profits associated with the provision of the service by Buyсoin.
I fully recognize the potential risks associated with this, stipulated by either the present, unequivocally and unconditionally exemption from liability and fulfillment of obligations, I refuse to sue and agree to protect the Buyсoin and its official financial services committee from liability. PERSONS, as well as the respective successors of all of the foregoing, in respect of any claims, liabilities, legal actions in connection with damages, losses, expenses, directly or indirectly arising out of or otherwise connected in any way with the activities, services or products provided by Buyсoin.
Users can sue Buyсoin for all claims, liabilities, legal actions for damages, losses, expenses arising out of or otherwise connected in any way with the activities, services or products provided by Buyсoin.
